Terms of Use: With full payment of $149 annual subscription fee plus $10 set up, you receive a non-exclusive right from MyAgentNewsletter and Global- Friendly to send the EcoGreen CertifiedTM Newsletter as provided to you for the express purpose described herein. By subscribing to the Newsletter you agree and acknowledge that the letter is designed to be sent to an agent’s personal sphere of influence and not designed for farming or mass-marketing purposes. While we cannot monitor or guarantee exclusivity in the distribution of the newsletter within any area, office, region, or sector, you acknowledge and recognize that the effectiveness of the newsletter will be diminished if a recipient receives the letter from more than one agent. You therefore agree to limit distribution of the newsletter to individuals with whom you have an existing relationship and a reasonable belief of their interest in you & your services. You further acknowl- edge and agree that you will not re-distribute, disseminate, publish, post, or otherwise propogate the newsletter in any form other than as originally designed. If in the opinion of MyAgentNewsletter and/or Global Friendly the distribution terms are being abused, we reserve the right to cancel your subscription without reufnd. The content of the newsletter, text, and images are protected by copyright and you agree not to use the contents, in whole or in part, in any form or forum not expressly granted by this license, including but not limited to magazines, blogs, websites, twitter, youtube, etc. You may cancel your subscription at any time and receive a pro-rated refund minus a $45.00 cancellation fee. We will make every effort to accommodate resonable requests made by you for changes to your newsletter; however changes considered beyond standard will be billed at an hourly rate of $45.00 and must be paid in advance. MyAgentNewsletter and GlobalFriendly will take every reasonable effort to assure that the content of the newsletter is accurate, however the information contained therein is not independently verified or guaranteed. You agree to hold MyAgentNewsletter and GlobalFriendly harmless for any and all information provided, including references to service providers or other sources.
